The Second International Symposium on Life-Cycle Civil Engineering (IALCCE 2010) was held in Taipei, Taiwan, on October 27-30, 2010. The proceedings of IALCCE 2010 have been published by Taiwan Tech, National Taiwan University of Science and Technology, as a set comprising a hardbound Book of abstracts and a CD-ROM of full papers, including ten keynote papers and 115 technical contributions. The extended version of selected papers included in the proceedings have been published in a Special Issue of Structure and Infrastructure Engineering: Advances in Life-Cycle of Civil Engineering Systems, F. Biondini & D.M. Frangopol (Eds.), Vol. 10, No. 7, 2014, 85 pages.
