The Eighth International Symposium on Life-Cycle Civil Engineering (IALCCE 2023) will be held at Politecnico di Milano, Milan, Italy, on July 2-6, 2023 (https://ialcce2023.org). The proceedings of IALCCE 2023 will be published by CRC Press, Taylor & Francis Group, as an Open Access Book containing the 514 full papers, including the Fazlur R. Khan lecture, nine keynote lectures, and 504 technical contributions from 45 countries. The extended version of selected papers presented at the Symposium will be published in a Special Issue of the international peer-reviewed journal Structure and Infrastructure Engineering, Taylor & Francis.
